Island Pony is a peaceful and private 2-bedroom cottage located on a white sand beach in Cayman Kai.  It is part of the Gardens of the Kai, a small association of privately-owned houses featuring tropical landscaped gardens and a freshwater pool. The house (completely refurbished in 2004) features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, opening onto a screened lanai with a beautiful view of the beach.  The living room, dining room and bedrooms are beautifully furnished for casual living. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a tiled shower, Jacuzzi and screened lanai.  Downstairs, the twin bedroom has its own private bath. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet.

Cayman Kai is a quiet community on the north side of Grand Cayman.  The laid back Kaibo Yacht Club is a three minute walk from Island Pony, and Rum Point with the Wreck Bar and Grill, a dive and watersports shop and a gift shop is just a mile up the road.  The beach outside your door at Island Pony is quiet and beautiful. Rum Point beach was selected by Caribbean Travel & Life magazine (February 2008 issue) as one of 25 ultimate Caribbean beaches (one of five in the Ultimate Locals' Beaches category).
