La Cofitsa is a sunny family Condo located in the well established and quiet residential seaside community of Javea on the Costa Blanca in Spain. In a very private location, La Cofitsa is still within a 5 minutes walk to the beautiful blue-flag beaches of the sun swept mediterranean as well as the shops, restaurants and night-life of the famous Costa's.
Sleeping five to six people La Cofitsa offers a lovely accomodation for a small family with 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom or perhaps 2 couples vacationing together. The kitchen is newly refitted and offers all amenities that one would need for a fabulous self-catering holiday!
Within the grounds of La Cofitsa you have the possibilities for outdoor dining and barbecueing as well as a dip in the 3 metre wide X 1 metre deep in built "splashpool". The shaded naya (lanai,)as well as the mature orange trees, offer plenty of shade to escape to during your siesta in the quiet afternoons in the warm Spanish sun.

The Costa Blanca: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches. While only 40 km away from Benidorm, should you desire real 'night-life', Javea offers a unique and relaxing oasis in which to holiday. The region has developed into a small,intimate resort area and offers marinas, shops, weekly outdoor markets and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. A 3-course meal with wine for 2 can be found for as little as 20 euros. For children, the theme park 'Terra Mitica', the waterfun park, 'Aqualandia' and the sea world park 'Mundomar' are all within a 30 minute drive.

Although we highly recommend car hire for additional site-seeing in Spain, La Cofitsa offers the chance for an "auto-free" holiday if desired. Pets are welcome but please discuss with us first! In addition we can arrange babysitting services with a fully qualified English childminder should you parents wish a night out!
