 Lo Scopetaccio is a rustic villa totally immersed in the Tuscan countryside, in the middle of a chestnut grove, 2km from the village of Sassofortino. The villa has been totally renovated and refurnished bringing together the warmth of a typical Tuscan country house with modern comforts.
Lo Scopetaccio is surrounded by a very large garden and it has a covered veranda with chairs to sit outside.
The main entrance opens into a vast kitchen-livingroom, with a large fireplace. The kitchen is provided with all the necessary equipment and a washing machine and an electric oven. In the kitchen there is a large picture window which looks out onto the chestnut grove, allowing guests to enjoy the splendour of the surrounding countryside even from within the house.
A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor, made up of two bedrooms and a bathroom (sleeps 4).
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second has two bunkbeds. Both bedrooms have large closets.
The bathroom is fully modern and has a shower cabinet.
