House situated in Saint Michel De Montjoie, close to Villedieu-Les-Poeles and Vire. Within easy reach of Le Mont Saint Michel, Avranches and the Granville coast. One hour from Caen and St Malo(ferries and airport), Bayeux, Cherbourg peninsular 45 minutes. Well situated for exploring Lower Normandy and Brittany.

Accommodation is in a 3 storey house with 1 double bedroom and one large attic room, sleeping up to 6 people. The Kitchen / Dining room has gas cooker, fridge, coffee machine and a wood burning stove. Oak staircase leads up to first floor with double bedroom and bathroom w. shower, toilet and use of washing machine. The top floor is a large attic room with 2 singles and a bunk bed, children's toys and a VCR with lots of great tapes.

There is a large garden area, with furniture for dining outside on hot days and plenty of space for children to run around in. Ample parking, close to viewing platform with views of coast and Mont Saint Michel (on a clear day!) No immediate neighbours so kids can be noisy without too much worry!

Village has grocer and baker and wonderful Granite Museum. 15 minutes drive to Vire (origin of Vaudeville!) for major shops, supermarkets. 20 minutes to Villedieu-Les-Poeles with its various attractions. 45 minutes to beaches and Granville.
