This is an extremely roomy, comfortable and cozy vacation home with whitewashed cedar paneling, cedar shake, not one but TWO stone fireplaces, and more than 200 feet of frontage on the mighty AuSable River in Oscoda, Michigan.

The inviting interior has been newly refreshed and sleeps six. With two bedrooms, there is a full sized bed, two single beds and a queen sized sleeper sofa. This home's spacious rooms offer plenty of extra room for sleeping bags. Besides a full sized bathroom, there is also an additional half bath. With air conditioning and heat, this home is available for year round vacation rentals. The fully equipped kitchen includes both a dishwasher and a microwave oven. There is plenty of room for everyone in the large living room with two sofas, one of which is a sectional. The dining table seats six, plus another low table is surrounded by four chairs.

For play time, enjoy the DVD & VCR player, cable television and stereo. The two car garage will securely store all of your toys. For  your grilling and campfires, a barbeque is available. Two adult and two childrens bikes are also available for your use. Bring your boat or personal watercraft and either tie up to the dock or pull it up in the sand! Boat on either the AuSable River, or boat on Lake Huron. Don't forget your fishing rods as some of the best fishing in the state is to be had right here in your own back yard, including bass and salmon. There is a large yard for lots of fun and games. Swim in the AuSable River, or walk on out to the sand bar. Play in the "sand box".  Have a great time floating in a tube or canoeing down the river. The best part is you can end up right back at your own special vacation home. Sit back, relax, and watch the boats go by. The Oscoda Yacht Club is directly across the street. Here you are just minutes from Oscoda's sugar sand beaches, not to mention year round fun including ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, hiking, hunting or ATV riding. This welcoming and comfortable vacation home is the absolutely perfect spot for watching the fishing tournaments and canoe races. You will be able to see the finish line!
