Pretty condo KATY is a one bedroom apartment which could be a lovely option for a couple (or small family) looking for a luxurious yet affordable holiday on the Costa Blanca! Fully equipped to a high standard "Katy" offers a lovely option to hotel living and is located only a 5 minute walk from the Blue Flag Mediterranean Beaches in Javea. This apartment sleeps 2 adults and one child, In addition a cot can be hired if you have a small baby. This gated complex offers a beautiful swimming pool as well as tennis courts and a car would not be necessary as all ammenities are within walking distance.Apartment "Katy" is bright and sunny with both South and North facing aspects and beautiful views of the Montgo mountain and marina in Javea. It has been lovingly furnished in traditional Spanish style and would truly offer a restful getaway.
The Costa Blanca: The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches. While only 40 km away from Benidorm, should you desire real 'night-life', Javea offers a unique and relaxing oasis in which to holiday. The region has developed into a small,intimate resort area and offers marinas, shops, weekly outdoor markets and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. A 3-course meal with wine for 2 can be found for as little as 20 euros. For children, the theme park 'Terra Mitica', the waterfun park, 'Aqualandia' and the sea world park 'Mundomar' are all within a 30 minute drive.
